I'm not big on giving advice because every baby/mother is different. But we used those frozen teething rings and orajel with Richie and they were ok, but what he really liked was sucking on an ice cube wrapped in a washcloth or towel. Not sure if it was fun to suck the water thru the cloth or what but it really seemed to help him the most. Poor little guys--it hurts getting new teeth!!
